Maintenance Engineer to the Metro in Copenhagen

In this role, you will contribute to optimizing maintenance processes and ensuring the reliable operation of the metro system. You will be part of the maintenance department, and it is an advantage if you have technical insight as well as an understanding of maintenance processes and data.
About the role
We are looking for someone who enjoys both taking individual initiative and working in cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the maintenance programme. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with sector managers, reliability engineers, and technicians to ensure efficiency and quality in our maintenance management and execution.
Your tasks as a maintenance engineer will also include:
- Update and maintain asset registers, maintenance and spare parts data
- Creat and revise maintenance strategies, plans, and procedures
- Manage changes to maintenance and documentation through our change process
- Work closely with maintenance managers and technicians to ensure data quality related to assets, work orders, maintenance history, and spare parts
- Compil maintenance reports and statistics
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a technical knowledge, cooperation skills and an interest in maintenance management and maintenance management systems.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor’s in engineering, or other relevant education and/or experience
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical specifications, drawings, diagrams etc.
- Experience within maintenance and project processes
- The ability to express themselves clearly in written and spoken Danish and English
- The ability to collaborate with people across company levels and technical sectors
- Proficiency within the Office Package (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) and SAP
