We are looking for a dedicated and process-oriented project coordinator who will play a central role in managing and coordinating our projects. You will be part of the Project Portfolio Department, which is the Metro Service Project department responsible for executing all Metro Service’s projects and developing methods and tools for this purpose.
About the role as Project Coordinator
You will play a central role in managing projects, coordinating tasks across teams and stakeholders, and ensuring that the processes for projects and additional work for Metroselskabet run smoothly.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Project administration: Creating projects in SAP and ensuring proper project setup and follow-up.
- Maintain and ensure documentation: Assisting in maintaining and ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible, as well as helping the project managers coordinate tasks across various business units.
- Super user and guidance: Acting as a super user for Metro Service’s project management tools and providing expertise and guidance to team members.
- Support and updates: Monitoring project timelines and deliverables and providing ongoing updates to the Head of Project Portfolio Department.
- Facilitation: Responsible for managing and facilitating the process as well as communication between project team members and stakeholders, including our client Metroselskabet.
There will also be the opportunity to work on both smaller and larger projects. You will have close collaboration with experienced project managers and other teams.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
- Are structured, thrive with details, and have a good overview.
- Have a relevant education in, for example, project management, engineering, or similar.
- Are fluent in both Danish and English at a high level, both written and spoken.
- Preferably have experience with project administration and handling projects.
- Preferably have experience with SAP or other project management tools.
