We are looking for a dedicated and organized track specialist to join our team. As part of the Maintenance department, you will play a central role in managing and preparing technical reports, ensuring system reliability, and improving performance. You will report directly to the Maintenance Director.

 

About the role as track specialist
In this role, you will work closely with our engineers and leading technicians. Your focus will be on track fault histories, analyzing trends, and preparing technical reports for O&M Management to identify and address performance concerns.

 

Your primary tasks will be: 

  • Provide expertise to resolve complex issues, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise activities of relevant sub-supplier staff.
  • Develop and oversee preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs.
  • Create engineering-based solutions to address repetitive failures and improve system efficiency. 
  • Create and manage projects for the track team, ensuring accurate project setup and tracking.

 

We are looking for you who has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you: 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in analyzing preventive maintenance systems, equipment performance, and reliability in a rail environment.
  • Are proficient in statistical record-keeping and technical reporting.
  • Have knowledge of using IoT data for condition-based maintenance.
  • Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Hold a relevant technical education, such as Engineering, a bachelor’s in technology management, marine engineering, or similar.
