Maintenance Engineer

About the job
We value candidates who enjoys both taking individual initiative and work in cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the maintenance program. 

As a Maintenance Engineer you will work closely with our maintenance and sector managers, reliability engineers and technicians to ensure efficiency and quality in our maintenance management and execution. 

Your tasks as a maintenance engineer will also include: 

• Update and maintain asset registers, maintenance and spare part data
• Create and revise maintenance strategies, plans and procedures
• Create and manage work orders including tracking of materials, time and cost
• Report and analyse downtime, along with associated time and cost
• Participate in root cause analysis with reliability engineers and maintenance managers
• Work closely with maintenance managers and technicians to ensure data quality related to assets, work orders, maintenance history and spare parts. 
• Support projects in development and implementation of maintenance procedures
• Compile maintenance reports and statistics
• Provide user support for SAP Mobility in cooperation with IT-administrators

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a technical knowledge, cooperation skills and an interest in maintenance management and maintenance management systems. 

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has: 

• A bachelor’s in engineering, or other relevant education and/or experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design documentation, technical specifications, drawings, diagrams etc. 
• Experience within maintenance and project processes
• The ability to express themselves clearly in written and spoken Danish and English
• The ability to collaborate with people across company levels and technical sectors
• Proficiency within the Office Package (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) and SAP
