About the job as an Asset Management Coordinator
In January 2025, we achieved the ISO 55001 certification. We are now seeking a dedicated professional to help manage our newly implemented system and oversee the change process associated with this certification.
As our new Asset Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Asset Management system and its interfaces with systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, to maintain a cohesive integrated management system
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized processes, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the business
- Providing training and coaching in asset management principles to team leaders, managers and directors in maintenance and operations
- Ensuring that any changes to the system or process configuration are in accordance with ISO 55001
- Timely registration of data in the asset investment planning tool and ensuring that entered data is of appropriate quality
- Acting as a central point of contact with the client regarding obsolescence management and life cycle assessments
In addition, you will become the system responsible, and will be responsible for maintaining compliance with rules, policies and documentation, as well as performing internal audits and facilitating management review of the ISO 55001 system.
Experience with ISO standards
To be successful in this role it is beneficial to have experience in change management and stakeholder management, along with comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards.
In addition, we are looking for a person who has:
- A technical background, preferably in engineering
- A good overview and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence across all organizational levels
- A proactive approach and natural management skills that ensure timelines and KPIs are met
