Structured Maintenance supporter with Engineer responsibility for the Copenhagen Metro

We are looking for a structured and collaborative Maintenance Engineer to work with maintenance processes, systems, and technical documentation – someone who enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes.

About the Role
You’ll be part of our new engineering team and work closely with colleagues across operations, technical departments, and administration. Your tasks will focus on keeping our data accurate, improving system use, and supporting the overall maintenance setup.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Updating technical data and maintenance information in SAP
• Managing changes to systems and documentation through our change request process
• Helping maintain and update maintenance plans and instructions
• Following up on work orders, spare parts, time, and cost tracking
• Supporting colleagues in the use of our maintenance system (SAP ECC & SAP Mobility)
• Preparing reports and overviews of maintenance activities

We imagine that you:
To succeed in this role, it’s beneficial to have an administrative background. Perhaps you've worked as a technical assistant, coordinator, or in a similar position where systems and documentation are central.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a natural tendency to systematize tasks and keep things organized.
• Are detail-oriented, ensuring quality by carefully planning and breaking down tasks, evaluating, categorizing, and prioritizing what’s most important.
• Are comfortable using IT tools like Excel – SAP experience is a plus
• Can read and understand technical documents and instructions
• Are a proactive team player who takes initiative and follows up where needed
